📝 Step-by-Step Update Instructions

PC Update (Only Available Now)

1.Download and open the firmware update package from the link above.

2.Power off your EasySMX S10 Lite controller completely.

3.Press and hold the L3 button and do not release it during the entire connection process.

4.Connect the controller to your PC using a data cable (keep holding L3).

5.Once the update package successfully recognizes the controller, click Update and wait for the progress bar to finish.

6.After update completion - Factory Reset & Calibration:

Press and hold [+] + [-] + [HOME] buttons together for 5 seconds to reset.

Follow the official user manual to calibrate the controller again for optimal performance.

App Update (Coming Soon)

Our solution provider is still rolling out the app update push. This method will be available shortly.

1.Download the KeyLinker app on your mobile device.

2.Open KeyLinker → Search for and connect to your S10 Lite controller.

3.Tap Settings → Tap the menu icon in the top right corner → Select Firmware Update.

4.Tap Update and wait for the loading to complete.

⚠️ Do not exit the app interface during the loading process.

⚡ Important Note

This firmware update fully resolves the Switch 2 connection and update disconnection issue. If you encounter any problems during the update, contact our customer service for immediate assistance.
