Warranty Policy

1. All products in this shop come with an 18-month warranty. If your product experiences any quality issues within 18 months of receiving it, please contact us for repair or after-sales support.

• Please note: Due to the difference between the platform and the store administrator, this site cannot process the warranty of orders from Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart, etc. Please contact the person in charge of the corresponding store; in the menu bar at the end of the page, you can enter "Contact Us" to view the contact email address of each store!

2. Product repair route: You need to send the product back to the address I sent you, and we will return it to the factory for repair processing.

3. Product repair time: The product repair time depends on the product's problems, and generally does not exceed 15 days.

4. Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Products without sufficient proof of purchase
• Lost or stolen products
• Items that have expired their warranty period
• Non-quality-related issues
• Free products
• Repairs through 3rd parties
• Damage from outside sources
• Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
